All returned items must be in original, unopened packaging and undamaged.
A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
Before returning any item, customers must contact SAI Customer Service at 1-800-222-8183 to obtain an RMA number.
The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the return package.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Credit refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
