How to Return:

  4. Shipping Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please print the label and attach it to your package.
  5. Ship Your Package: Deliver your package to the nearest courier, as indicated in your return authorization email.

Return Details:

    • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
    • Must be returned in original packaging.

Product & Returns

We hope to satisfy your needs with the product you have purchased, but if for any reason you need to return a product, we do accept returns. If the unit has been installed, tested, unboxed or used, we will not accept the return. Pictures of the product need to be emailed to support@offgridselection.com. Any orders outside of the 30 day return window, will not have the opportunity to return their product. See policy
