These Billing Terms and Conditions explain how payment works on https://offgridselection.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Shipping is free on every order to the contiguous U.S., except for Survive-a-Storm tornado shelters, which have a freight cost displayed on each product page (and added at checkout).
Michigan residents pay applicable Michigan sales tax. Customers in other states do not have sales tax added at checkout.

3. Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, ACH bank transfer, and USDC. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

4. Payment timing

Payment is due in full at checkout. We do not invoice customers separately or extend payment terms.

5. Order confirmation and receipt

After your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and a digital receipt. If you do not receive this email within an hour, please check your spam folder or contact us.

6. Disputed charges

If you believe there is an error on a charge, please contact us at support@offgridselection.com within 30 days of the charge with your order number and details. We will investigate and resolve any billing errors promptly.

7. Refunds and credits

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Fraud prevention

We may perform verification checks on orders before accepting them. Orders that appear fraudulent or unauthorized may be cancelled at our discretion.

9. Payment security

All payment information is handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We use Shopify Payments and other PCI-compliant gateways to process transactions, and we do not store credit card details on our servers. Connections to our website are protected with SSL encryption.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Billing Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
