What if my product is damaged?

Please carefully inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, even if it's just to the box, make sure to note it when signing for delivery.

If you're unable to open the package during delivery but suspect there might be damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to support@offgridselection.com, and we will promptly process a replacement or refund.

No, we do not ship over seas. We only ship in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Product & Returns

We hope to satisfy your needs with the product you have purchased, but if for any reason you need to return a product, we do accept returns. If the unit has been installed, tested, unboxed or used, we will not accept the return. Pictures of the product need to be emailed to support@offgridselection.com. Any orders outside of the 30 day return window, will not have the opportunity to return their product. See policy
