- Order Transit time is 4-5 business days.

- Your order will arrive within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Methods
- Most orders are shipped via our third-party freight carriers using 18-wheeler trucks. For items requiring freight shipping, you will be contacted to arrange a curbside delivery appointment. It is essential to provide a correct phone number at checkout to facilitate this process.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
- Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that your order has been received in our system and your payment method has been approved.
- You will receive a shipment notification as soon as your order is dispatched within 1-2 business days, complete with a tracking number and tracking link to monitor its progress.
Can I change my address?
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order once it’s received and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and rectify this for you. We will provide return shipping for you if it arrives damaged or incorrect.

No, we do not ship over seas. We only ship in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Product & Returns
We hope to satisfy your needs with the product you have purchased, but if for any reason you need to return a product, we do accept returns. If the unit has been installed, tested, unboxed or used, we will not accept the return. Pictures of the product need to be emailed to support@offgridselection.com. Any orders outside of the 30 day return window, will not have the opportunity to return their product. See policy
