Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
Items must be returned in original, unopened packaging and be undamaged.
A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
Before returning a product, customers must contact SAI Customer Service at 1-800-222-8183 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the return package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method once the returned items are processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.
