Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they have been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@offgridselection.com. Orders that have already been shipped will fall under our 30-Day Return Policy.

No, we do not ship over seas. We only ship in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Product & Returns
We hope to satisfy your needs with the product you have purchased, but if for any reason you need to return a product, we do accept returns. If the unit has been installed, tested, unboxed or used, we will not accept the return. Pictures of the product need to be emailed to support@offgridselection.com. Any orders outside of the 30 day return window, will not have the opportunity to return their product. See policy
