Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it has been forwarded to the manufacturer or shipped, for a full refund to your original payment method.

Brand-specific cancellation rules

  • Survive-a-Storm storm shelters are built to order and cannot be cancelled once the manufacturer has started production.
  • Rambo Bikes and HappyRun Bikes cannot be cancelled once the order has been forwarded to the manufacturer (per Rambo and HappyRun's no-cancellation policy).
  • Other made-to-order or custom-configured items cannot be cancelled once production or fulfillment has begun.
  • Some additional brands may have stricter cancellation rules set by the manufacturer — when that applies, the brand-specific terms are noted on the product page above the buy button. If you're unsure before ordering, please contact us and we'll confirm.

Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard 30-day Return and Refund Policy — subject to the same brand-specific exclusions (see the Refund Policy for the full list).
