Money-Back Guarantee
Customers may cancel orders before shipment for a full refund, minus a 3% fee to cover credit card processing charges.
Once the freeze dryer ships, customers have 30 days from the ship date to return the product for a refund, minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
3-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty covers all Harvest Right Freeze Dryers purchased after February 1, 2019.
Full 1-Year Warranty (U.S. continental 48 states only)

Warranty Duration: 1 year from the original ship date.

Coverage Includes: Premier oil vacuum pump and oil-free vacuum pumps.

What’s Covered: Harvest Right will repair or replace any defective part in workmanship or material for the freeze dryer and vacuum pump.

Consumer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for service call fees and replacement parts due to misuse or neglect. See "Consumer Responsibilities" below.
Limited 3-Year Warranty

Warranty Duration: Year 2 and Year 3, starting from the original ship date.

What’s Covered: Repair or replacement of defective parts in the sealed refrigeration system (compressor, condenser, evaporator, tubing).

Consumer Responsibility: Customers will cover diagnostic fees and costs related to transportation and delivery for service.
Limited Warranty for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico
- All terms as listed above apply, with the additional responsibility for the customer to handle transportation to a qualified service provider or to cover travel costs for a technician. If the product needs to be sent directly to Harvest Right for repairs, the customer may qualify for a shipping credit, determined at the time of shipment.
International Limited Warranty (for countries outside the above regions)

Coverage: Includes support via phone or email, and any necessary parts will be provided by Harvest Right at its discretion.

Consumer Responsibility: The consumer is responsible for all local service costs, as well as costs for any parts needed due to misuse or neglect, and shipping costs for parts from Harvest Right.
Consumer Responsibilities
This warranty applies only to freeze dryers used in clean environments and when operated according to the instructions. The consumer is responsible for:
- Correctly using the appliance as instructed.
- Proper installation, following the product manual and local electrical codes.
- Connecting the appliance to a properly grounded power supply with the correct voltage, and addressing any issues with fuses, wiring, or connections.
- Operating the appliance in a well-ventilated space between 35°F (2°C) and 95°F (35°C).
- Avoiding damage during installation and operation, including not lifting the unit by the door.
- Maintaining and operating the freeze dryer and vacuum pump properly.
- Ensuring freeze-dried food is completely dry before packaging.
- Using suitable, durable containers that will prevent air or moisture from entering after sealing.
- Including fresh, properly functioning oxygen absorbers that haven’t expired or been prematurely exposed to air.
Note: Harvest Right is not responsible for the quality of freeze-dried food, materials, or packaging.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Modifications or after-market accessories that void the warranty.
- Consequential or incidental damages, including property damage and additional expenses from breach of warranty.
- Service calls unrelated to defects in materials or workmanship.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or services.
- Use of non-Harvest Right parts or parts from unapproved suppliers.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, inadequate power supply, or natural disasters.
- Products with altered or removed serial numbers.
- Use of extension cords instead of a direct connection to a proper power supply.
- Claims for personal injury, incidental or consequential damages, or financial loss.
- If you are not the original owner of the freeze dryer, the warranty is void.
Service Information
