Harvest Right Warranty & Return Policy
Money-Back Guarantee:
Customers may cancel orders before shipment for a refund, less a 3% fee to cover credit card processing costs.
Once the freeze dryer(s) have shipped, customers can return the product within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund, minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
3-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty applies to all Harvest Right Freeze Dryers purchased after February 1, 2019.
Full One-Year Warranty (Limited to the 48 Continental U.S. States):

Warranty Period: One year from the original shipment date.

Coverage Includes: Premier oil vacuum pumps and oil-free vacuum pumps.

What Harvest Right Covers: Repair or replacement (at our discretion) of any defective parts due to workmanship or material flaws.

What the Consumer Covers: Service call fees. The consumer may also be responsible for replacement parts if damage is caused by misuse or neglect.
Limited 3-Year Warranty:

Warranty Period: The second and third years after the original ship date.

Coverage Includes: Repair or replacement (at our discretion) of any parts in the sealed refrigeration system (compressor, condenser, evaporator, tubing) that fail due to defective workmanship or materials.

What the Consumer Covers: Diagnostic fees, shipping, and delivery charges related to service.
Limited Warranty for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico:
- The terms are the same as listed above. However, the consumer is responsible for transportation costs to a repair facility or the technician's travel fees.
- If the product needs to be shipped to Harvest Right for repair, the consumer may be eligible for a shipping credit, determined at the time of return.
Limited International Warranty (For all countries not listed above):

What Harvest Right Provides: Support via phone or email, and replacement parts as necessary.

What the Consumer Covers: Local service costs, parts replacement due to misuse, and transportation of parts from Harvest Right to the consumer.
Consumer Responsibilities:
This warranty is valid only for freeze dryers used in clean environments and operated according to Harvest Right's instructions. The consumer is responsible for:
- Proper use and installation of the appliance in accordance with provided instructions and local electrical codes.
- Ensuring the appliance is connected to a properly grounded power source and voltage requirements, including repairing any electrical issues such as blown fuses or faulty connections.
- Operating the appliance in a clean environment with good airflow, keeping the temperature between 35°F (2°C) and 95°F (35°C).
- Avoiding damages during installation, especially lifting the unit by the door.
- Proper maintenance and operation of the freeze dryer and vacuum pump.
- Ensuring that freeze-dried food is fully dry before packaging.
- Using appropriate, durable containers that protect the contents from air or water infiltration.
- Including sufficient, properly functioning oxygen absorbers in sealed containers to ensure freshness.
Harvest Right does not take responsibility for the quality of the freeze-dried food, materials, or their packaging.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
- Modifications or after-market accessories, which will void the warranty.
- Consequential or incidental damages, such as property damage or loss of income, arising from any breach of warranty.
- Service calls unrelated to defects or malfunction.
- Damages caused by unauthorized service providers.
- Use of non-Harvest Right parts for repairs.
- External causes, including abuse, misuse, poor power supply, or acts of nature.
- Altered or removed serial numbers.
- Use of extension cords instead of direct connection to a power supply.
- Claims for personal injury or incidental damages.
- The warranty is void if you are not the original owner.
Service Information:
