Money-Back Guarantee
Customers may cancel their orders before shipment and receive a refund, minus a 3% fee to cover the credit card processing costs incurred by Harvest Right.
Once the freeze dryer has been shipped, customers can return it within 30 days of the ship date for a refund, excluding shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
3-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty applies to all Harvest Right Freeze Dryers purchased after February 1, 2019.
Full One-Year Warranty (U.S. Continental 48 States Only)

Warranty Duration: 1 year from the original ship date.

Coverage Includes: Premier oil vacuum pump and oil-free vacuum pumps.

Harvest Right's Responsibilities: Repair or replace, at its discretion, any part of the freeze dryer or vacuum pump that proves defective due to materials or workmanship.

Consumer Responsibilities: The consumer is responsible for service call costs. Additionally, the consumer may be charged for replacement parts if the defect is caused by misuse or neglect of the product (see “Consumer Responsibilities” below).
Limited 3-Year Warranty

Warranty Duration: The second and third years from the original ship date.

Coverage Includes: Repair or replacement, at Harvest Right’s discretion, of any part of the sealed refrigeration system (compressor, condenser, evaporator, tubing) that fails due to materials or workmanship defects.

Consumer Responsibilities: The consumer is responsible for diagnostic charges to identify defects, along with any costs for transportation or delivery related to service.
Limited Warranty (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico)

Service Details: Service will be provided by the consumer or a qualified local service provider approved by Harvest Right. Consumers are responsible for shipping costs to the repair center or for technician travel costs. If the product needs to be shipped to Harvest Right for repairs, the consumer will be eligible for a shipping credit, determined at the time of shipping.

Harvest Right’s Responsibilities: Support will be available via telephone and email. Harvest Right will provide necessary parts at its discretion.

Consumer Responsibilities: Consumers are responsible for local service costs, parts for misuse or neglect, and transportation and delivery of parts between Harvest Right and the consumer.
Normal Responsibilities of the Consumer
This warranty applies only to freeze dryers used in clean environments and operated according to Harvest Right’s instructions. The consumer is responsible for:
- Using the appliance properly as outlined in the instructions.
- Installing the appliance correctly according to provided instructions and local electrical codes.
- Connecting the appliance to a grounded power supply with sufficient voltage, and replacing blown fuses or repairing wiring issues.
- Operating the appliance in a clean, well-ventilated area, maintaining a temperature range of 35°F (2°C) to 95°F (35°C).
- Avoiding damage during installation (e.g., do not lift the unit by the door).
- Maintaining and operating the freeze dryer and vacuum pump properly.
- Ensuring that freeze-dried food or materials are fully dry before packaging.
- Using durable, airtight containers for packaging. Once sealed, containers must prevent air and moisture from entering.
- Using fresh, unexpired oxygen absorbers in sealed containers, ensuring they have not been exposed to air for too long.
Harvest Right is not responsible for the quality of freeze-dried food or materials, nor for their packaging.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Modifications or third-party accessories, which will void the warranty.
- Consequential or incidental damages, such as property damage or expenses resulting from any breach of this warranty.
- Service calls that do not involve material or workmanship defects.
- Damages caused by service performed by unauthorized individuals.
- Parts other than those provided by Harvest Right or its authorized suppliers.
- Damages caused by misuse, insufficient power supply, or acts of nature.
- Products with altered or removed serial numbers that cannot be verified.
- Use of extension cords instead of a direct connection to a power supply.
- Personal injury, incidental damages, or economic loss claims, regardless of cause.
- Transfers of ownership; the warranty is void if the freeze dryer is sold or transferred to a non-original owner.

It is the consumer's responsibility to retain proof of the original purchase date (such as a receipt or delivery slip) to verify the warranty period.
