Product Warranty and Return Policy
Hard Parts Warranty (Frame, Plastics, Struts, Brackets)

Coverage: All hard parts are covered for 3 years against defects in material or workmanship under normal use.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover finishes like plating, painted surfaces, discoloration, or rust. It also does not cover parts that have been misused, improperly installed, or modified, nor does it apply to normal wear and tear.

Claim Process: To process a warranty claim, the defective part must be returned before a replacement is sent, unless an alternative agreement is made.
Soft Parts Warranty (Fabrics, Clothing, Patches, Decals)

Coverage: Soft parts are not covered for damage from normal use, including rips, tears, or pet damage. However, repairs may be available at cost through the manufacturer if such damage occurs.

Exclusions: Normal fabric wear, damage caused by improper setup, or environmental factors (such as UV damage, mold, rust) are not covered.

Claims Process: Claims for soft parts damage must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and you can contact Badass Tents for repair options.
Warranty Terms

Alterations/Modifications: Any modification to the product voids the warranty.

Proof of Purchase: A valid sales receipt or online order confirmation is required for warranty service. Bank or credit card statements are not acceptable.

Warranty Transferability: The warranty is valid only for the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for defective products to Badass Tents are not covered under warranty, and any damage occurring during shipping is not the responsibility of Badass Tents.

Exemptions: Damage caused by wind, improper setup, or natural wear and tear, including fading, is not covered.
Product Return Information

30-Day Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Condition of Return: Products must be in their original, unopened condition. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

Return Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and is not covered under warranty.
