Product Warranty and Return Policy

HARD PARTS WARRANTY
Hard parts include frame, plastics, struts, and brackets.

• Warranty Period: All hard parts are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for 3 years.
• Coverage: This warranty covers the repair or replacement of parts that are proven defective under normal use.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover plating, painted surfaces, discoloration, rust, abuse, misuse, improper installation, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
• Conditions: Before sending a replacement, the original defective part must be returned. We require the part to be sent back first or an agreement made before replacement is sent.

SOFT PARTS WARRANTY
Soft parts include fabrics, clothing, patches, and decals.

• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage from usage, such as rips or tears, stuck fabrics, or other misuse (e.g., pets damaging parts). Fabrics are not impervious to damage once used.
• Repair Option: If damage occurs during use, repairs can be made at the manufacturer's cost.

General Warranty Information:

• Warranty Coverage: Badass Tents provides a 3-year warranty on material and workmanship for all products. Defective items will be repaired or replaced as necessary.
• Repairs: Items damaged due to neglect or wear-and-tear can be repaired for a reasonable cost. Damage from wind, UV, rust, mold, mildew, and improper setup (like pole damage) is not covered.
• Alteration or Modification: Any modification to the item voids the warranty.
• Proof of Purchase: A sales receipt or order confirmation is required to access warranty services. Bank statements or credit card receipts are not accepted as proof of purchase.
• Warranty Limitations: The warranty applies to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. Badass Tents is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Product Return Policy:

• Return Window: Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee.
• No Returns After 30 Days: No returns are accepted after 30 days, regardless of whether the package has been opened.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are not covered by warranty.
