Defective Products: Shipping costs for defective products to Badass Tents are not covered under warranty.
Vehicle Load Considerations
-
Understanding Load Ratings: Always verify your vehicle's load rating (on-road, static, and off-road) in the vehicle's owner’s manual.
-
On-road rating: For traveling on sealed roads.
-
Static rating: Relevant when the vehicle is stationary (e.g., rooftop tents).
-
Off-road rating: For vehicles traveling on unsealed roads.
-
Weight of Accessories: The weight of any additional accessories or holders mounted on your rack must be included in your total load capacity.
-
Safety Warning: Never exceed the vehicle’s load ratings. Overloading your vehicle can result in damage, void your warranty, and pose safety risks (including accidents and loss of cargo). It is illegal to overload your vehicle.
Failure to follow these guidelines can lead to warranty issues, potential damage to your vehicle, or legal repercussions.
