Manufactured in our Poway, CA facility, this roof rack requires no modifications to the Ford Bronco’s hard top. It’s designed for easy installation within a few hours using basic tools—no drilling necessary. All components are included for a straightforward mount as shown.
Proudly made in the USA, our roof rack kit features precision CAD-designed, laser-cut steel supports and a powder-coated gloss black finish. The extruded aluminum cross beams come in your choice of silver or anodized black, giving your Bronco a sleek, stealthy look. The aluminum cross beams are equipped with T-slot channels, making it easy to mount accessories such as lights, high-lift jack kits, and shovels.

Product Warranty and Return Policy
Hard Parts Warranty
Hard Parts Include: Frame, Plastics, Struts, and Brackets.
Badass Tents products come with a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship. This warranty does not cover finishes like plating, painted surfaces, discoloration, or rust. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts under normal use. Any parts that are abused, misused, improperly installed, altered, or have experienced normal wear and tear are not covered. Before sending a replacement part, we require the original defective part to be returned or an agreement in place to do so.
Please note that we do not cover shop labor for installation or disassembly, painting costs, or any third-party vendor services related to the use of our products.
Soft Parts Warranty
Soft Parts Include: Fabrics, Clothing, Patches, and Decals.
Each Badass Tent undergoes thorough inspection before shipping, ensuring it leaves our facility in perfect condition. However, once the tent is used, we do not cover damage to fabrics or windows due to rips, tears, improper use during setup, or accidents (e.g., pet damage). Fabrics are not indestructible and are excluded from warranty coverage after use. If damage occurs during your adventures, we can help arrange repairs at cost through our manufacturer.
We offer a 3-year warranty on all products and components for defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails under proper use, it will be repaired or replaced at Badass Tents' discretion. Other damage due to neglect, wear-and-tear, or acts of nature (including UV damage, rust, mold, mildew, and wind damage) is not covered by warranty. Additionally, damage caused by improper setup, such as pole breakage, is excluded. *Note: fading or discoloration of materials is not considered a defect. Fiberglass poles may occasionally split and are not covered under warranty, regardless of age.

Warranty Claims Process: For repairs or replacements, we require the defective item to be returned. Retain the original sales receipt as proof of purchase. A sales receipt or online order confirmation is necessary for warranty service; bank or credit card statements are not acceptable. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Whether the item is repaired or replaced is at the discretion of Badass Tents. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit, nor for lost or stolen packages once they are delivered.
Product Return Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with your Badass Tents product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies. Returns are not accepted after 30 days—no exceptions. This includes unopened packages. Return shipping for refunds is not covered by warranty, nor is shipping for defective products being returned to Badass Tents.
Vehicle Load Considerations: Before loading your vehicle, be sure to understand its load capacity. Different vehicles have different roof load ratings, which are typically found in your vehicle's owner's manual. You should also be aware of the following load rating categories:

On-road rating: This refers to the load capacity when your vehicle is on a paved road.

Static rating: This applies when your vehicle is stationary, such as when using a rooftop tent.

Off-road rating: This applies when traveling on unsealed roads. Sometimes manufacturers will list these ratings in the owner’s manual.
Additionally, if you add accessories or holders to your roof rack, you must account for their weight within your vehicle's total cargo allowance.
It is critical not to exceed the load ratings for your vehicle. Overloading can lead to vehicle damage, potential loss of your load, void warranties, and increase the risk of accidents. It is illegal to overload your vehicle.
