  • Customers may cancel orders before shipment for a refund, minus a 3% fee to cover Harvest Right’s credit card processing costs.

  3-Year Limited Warranty

  • This warranty applies to all Harvest Right Freeze Dryers sold after February 1, 2019.

  Full One-Year Warranty

  • Valid only in the continental 48 U.S. states.
  • Warranty period: 1 year from the original ship date.
  • Coverage includes: Premier oil vacuum pump and oil-free vacuum pumps.
  • Harvest Right is responsible for repairing or replacing defective parts due to material or workmanship issues.
  • Customers are responsible for service call charges and may also be responsible for replacement parts if the product is misused or neglected.

  Limited 3-Year Warranty

  • Valid for the second and third years from the original ship date.
  • Coverage includes repair or replacement of the sealed refrigeration system (compressor, condenser, evaporator, tubing) due to defective workmanship or material.
  • Customers are responsible for diagnostic fees, transportation, and delivery charges for service.

  Limited Warranty for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico

  • All warranty terms apply as above, except customers are responsible for transportation costs to repair shops or technician travel fees.
  • If a product needs to be shipped to Harvest Right, the customer may be eligible for a shipping credit.

  Limited International Warranty

  • Valid for one year from the original ship date.
  • Includes support via telephone and email.
  • Harvest Right will provide necessary parts at its discretion.
  • Customers are responsible for local service fees and parts due to misuse, as well as shipping costs for parts sent from Harvest Right.

  Consumer Responsibilities
  This warranty applies only to freeze dryers used in clean environments and operated according to Harvest Right's guidelines. Consumers must:

  1. Use the appliance correctly as per the included instructions.
  2. Install the appliance according to the instructions and local electrical codes.
  3. Connect the appliance to a grounded power supply and handle power issues, including fuse replacement and wiring repairs.
  4. Operate the appliance in an open, clean area with proper airflow and within temperature ranges of 35°F (2°C) to 95°F (35°C).
  5. Avoid damaging the appliance during installation or operation, particularly by not lifting it by the door.
  6. Properly maintain and operate the freeze dryer and vacuum pump.
  7. Ensure that freeze-dried food or materials are fully dry before packaging.
  8. Use durable containers that prevent air or moisture penetration after sealing.
  9. Include fresh, properly functioning oxygen absorbers in the sealed containers and ensure they haven’t expired or been exposed to air prematurely.

  Exclusions

  • Modifications or third-party accessories will void the warranty.
  • Consequential or incidental damages, including property damage or expenses caused by warranty breaches, are excluded.
  • Service calls unrelated to defects or malfunctions are not covered.
  • Damages caused by unauthorized repair services or use of non-Harvest Right parts are excluded.
  • Issues arising from misuse, inadequate power supply, or external factors like natural disasters are not covered.
  • Altered or removed serial numbers void the warranty.
  • Extension cords or improper power connections are not covered.
  • The warranty does not cover personal injuries, incidental damages, or economic losses.
  • The warranty does not transfer to non-original owners.
