They can endure the extreme temperatures and conditions of the freeze-drying process.
Each compartment holds approximately 1 tablespoon of product.
Made from premium food-grade silicone, they are BPA-free, easy to clean, and provide a smooth release.
Ideal for freeze-drying yogurt, smoothies, pudding, jello, liquids, and other items.

Product Warranty & Return Policy

Money-Back Guarantee:
Customers may cancel their order before shipment and receive a refund, minus a 3% fee to cover the credit card processing charges incurred by Harvest Right.

Returns After Shipment:
If a customer wishes to return their freeze dryer after shipment, they may do so within 30 days of the ship date. The refund will be issued minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

3-Year Limited Warranty

All Harvest Right Freeze Dryers purchased after February 1, 2019, are covered by this warranty.

Full One-Year Warranty (for the continental U.S. only)

• Warranty Period: 1 year from the original ship date.
• Coverage: Includes Premier oil vacuum pumps and oil-free vacuum pumps.
• Harvest Right’s Responsibility: Repair or replacement (at our discretion) of any defective parts in the freeze dryer and/or vacuum pump due to faulty materials or workmanship.
• Consumer Responsibility: Consumer will be responsible for service call charges, and any replacement parts required due to misuse or neglect. (See “Normal Responsibilities of the Consumer” below.)

Limited 3-Year Warranty

• Warranty Period: The second and third years from the original ship date.
• Coverage: Includes repair or replacement (at Harvest Right’s discretion) of any defective components in the sealed refrigeration system (compressor, condenser, evaporator, tubing).
• Consumer Responsibility: Diagnostic charges to determine defects, plus any costs related to the transportation of the appliance for service.

Limited Warranty for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico

• Coverage: Same as the above, with service provided by the customer or an approved local service provider.
• Consumer Responsibility: Consumer is responsible for transportation or travel charges to get the product to a repair shop or technician. If the product is shipped back to Harvest Right, the consumer may receive a shipping credit, as determined by Harvest Right.

Limited International Warranty

• Coverage: For international customers (outside of the U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico).
• Warranty Period: 1 year from the original ship date.
• Service Provided: Support will be offered via phone or email. Harvest Right will provide any necessary parts at its discretion.
• Consumer Responsibility: The consumer will bear the cost of local service and replacement parts in case of misuse or neglect. Shipping and transportation fees for parts from Harvest Right will also be the consumer's responsibility.

Normal Responsibilities of the Consumer:

This warranty applies only to freeze dryers used in clean environments and operated according to Harvest Right's instructions. The consumer is responsible for the following:

1. Proper Use: Operating the appliance in accordance with the user manual.
2. Correct Installation: Installing the appliance following the instructions and local electrical codes.
3. Power Supply: Ensuring the appliance is properly connected to a grounded power supply and that any blown fuses or electrical defects are addressed.
4. Operating Environment: Using the appliance in a well-ventilated area with temperatures between 35°F (2°C) and 95°F (35°C).
5. Installation Care: Avoiding damage during installation, including lifting the unit by the door.
6. Maintenance: Properly maintaining and operating the freeze dryer and vacuum pump.
7. Drying Materials: Ensuring freeze-dried food is completely dry before packaging.
8. Sealing: Using proper, durable containers that prevent air or water from entering after sealing.
9. Oxygen Absorbers: Ensuring the use of fresh, undamaged oxygen absorbers in sealed containers with freeze-dried materials.

Harvest Right is not responsible for the quality of freeze-dried food or materials, nor the packaging of such items.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

1. Modifications or aftermarket accessories, which void the warranty.
2. Consequential or incidental damages, such as property damage or additional expenses resulting from warranty breaches.
3. Service calls not related to defects in materials or workmanship.
4. Damages caused by unauthorized service providers or individuals.
5. Use of non-Harvest Right parts.
6. External factors like misuse, power issues, or natural disasters.
7. Removal or alteration of original serial numbers.
8. Use of extension cords instead of direct connection to a power supply.
9. Personal injury or economic loss claims.
10. Warranty transfer if the freeze dryer is no longer owned by the original purchaser.

Service Instructions:

It is the consumer's responsibility to keep records of the original purchase date, such as the delivery slip or receipt. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and additional rights may apply depending on the state. For warranty service, contact Harvest Right directly:
