Money-Back Guarantee:
Customers may cancel their orders before shipment for a full refund, minus a 3% fee to cover the credit card charges incurred by Harvest Right.
Once the freeze dryer has shipped, customers may return it within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund, excluding shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
3-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty applies to all Harvest Right Freeze Dryers purchased after February 1, 2019.

Full 1-Year Warranty (limited to the contiguous U.S.):
- Warranty Period: One year from the original ship date.
- Coverage: Includes the Premier oil vacuum pump and oil-free vacuum pumps.
- Harvest Right's Responsibility: To repair or, at our discretion, replace any defective part of the freeze dryer or vacuum pump due to faulty workmanship or materials.
- Customer's Responsibility: Costs associated with service calls. The customer may also be responsible for parts replacement resulting from misuse or neglect.

Limited 3-Year Warranty (second and third years from the original ship date):
- Coverage: Applies to the sealed refrigeration system (compressor, condenser, evaporator, and tubing) if a defect arises from faulty workmanship or materials.
- Customer's Responsibility: Diagnostic fees and any costs for transportation or delivery related to service.
Limited Warranty (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico):
- All terms are similar to the above warranty but with the customer or a qualified local service provider handling service.
- The consumer is responsible for transportation costs to the repair facility or technician travel fees. If shipping to Harvest Right is required, the consumer will receive a shipping credit, determined at the time of shipment.
Limited International Warranty (all countries not listed above):
- Warranty Period: One year from the original ship date.
- Coverage: Includes the Premier oil vacuum pump and oil-free vacuum pumps.
- Harvest Right's Responsibility: Provides support via telephone and email and will supply necessary parts.
- Customer's Responsibility: All costs associated with local service, parts replacement due to misuse or neglect, and transportation of parts from Harvest Right to the customer.
Normal Responsibilities of the Consumer:
This warranty covers freeze dryers used in clean environments and operated according to Harvest Right’s instructions. The consumer is responsible for:
- Correct use of the appliance as per the provided instructions.
- Proper installation, meeting all local electrical codes.
- Connection to a grounded power supply with appropriate voltage, and ensuring that fuses are replaced and wiring issues are resolved.
- Operating the appliance in a clean, well-ventilated area with temperatures between 35°F (2°C) and 95°F (35°C).
- Preventing damage during installation and operation (e.g., do not lift the unit by the door).
- Regular maintenance and correct operation of the freeze dryer and vacuum pump.
- Ensuring freeze-dried food or materials are thoroughly dry before packaging.
- Using proper, durable containers that prevent air or moisture penetration once sealed.
- Using fresh oxygen absorbers in sealed containers, ensuring they haven’t expired or been prematurely exposed to air.
Harvest Right is not responsible for the quality of the freeze-dried food or materials or the packaging of such items.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Modifications or aftermarket accessories, which void the warranty.
- Consequential or incidental damages (including property damage, economic loss, etc.) due to any breach of this warranty.
- Service calls for issues not related to malfunction or defects in materials or workmanship.
- Damages caused by unauthorized service providers.
- Use of parts other than authorized Harvest Right parts.
- External factors such as misuse, inadequate power supply, or natural disasters.
- Products with altered or removed serial numbers.
- Use of extension cords instead of a direct power supply connection.
- Claims for personal injury, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of profit/revenue.
- Warranty is void if you are not the original owner of the freeze dryer.
