These 10" x 14" Mylar bags are food-grade and designed for long-term storage. Made from durable 7 mil Mylar, these bags offer excellent protection against oxygen and moisture, the two primary factors that contribute to food spoilage. Using high-quality Mylar bags is essential for preserving food over extended periods.

Customers can cancel their orders before shipment for a refund, minus a 3% fee to cover credit card processing charges incurred by Harvest Right.
Once the freeze dryer has shipped, customers may return the product within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund, minus the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
3-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty applies to all Harvest Right Freeze Dryers sold after February 1, 2019.
Full One-Year Warranty (Continental U.S. Only)
- Warranty Duration: 1 year from the original shipping date.
- Coverage Includes: Premier oil vacuum pump and oil-free vacuum pumps.
- Harvest Right’s Responsibility: Repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective parts of the freeze dryer or vacuum pump caused by faulty materials or workmanship.
- Consumer’s Responsibility: Consumers are responsible for service call fees. They may also be liable for replacement parts due to misuse or neglect of the product (see "Consumer Responsibilities" below).
Limited 3-Year Warranty
- Warranty Duration: Covers the second and third years from the original shipping date.
- Coverage Includes: Repair or replacement, at Harvest Right’s discretion, of the sealed refrigeration system (compressor, condenser, evaporator, tubing) if any components fail due to defective materials or workmanship.
- Consumer’s Responsibility: Consumers are responsible for diagnostic fees and any costs related to transportation and delivery for service.
Limited Warranty (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico)
- Warranty Duration: As outlined above.
- Coverage Includes: Premier oil vacuum pump and oil-free vacuum pumps.
- Service Details: Service will be provided by the customer or a local service provider approved by Harvest Right. Consumers are responsible for shipping the product to the repair location or covering the technician’s travel costs. If the product must be sent back to Harvest Right for repairs, consumers will be eligible for a shipping credit, determined at the time of shipping.
Limited International Warranty (Excluding U.S. and Territories)
- Warranty Duration: 1 year from the original ship date.
- Coverage Includes: Premier oil vacuum pump and oil-free vacuum pumps.
- Harvest Right’s Responsibility: Telephone and email support, and provision of necessary parts, at Harvest Right’s discretion.
- Consumer’s Responsibility: Consumers are responsible for local service costs, parts replacement due to misuse or neglect, and transportation fees for parts shipped from Harvest Right.
Normal Consumer Responsibilities
This warranty only applies to freeze dryers used in clean environments and operated according to Harvest Right’s instructions. Consumers are responsible for:
- Proper use of the appliance as outlined in the product manual.
- Correct installation as per the provided instructions and local electrical codes.
- Connecting the appliance to a grounded power supply with adequate voltage, and replacing fuses or repairing wiring issues as needed.
- Operating the appliance in a clean, well-ventilated area with temperatures between 35°F (2°C) and 95°F (35°C).
- Avoiding damage during installation (e.g., do not lift the unit by the door).
- Proper maintenance and operation of both the freeze dryer and vacuum pump.
- Ensuring freeze-dried food or materials are fully dry before packaging.
- Using durable, air- and water-tight containers for packaging.
- Ensuring fresh, unexpired oxygen absorbers are included in sealed containers.
Harvest Right is not responsible for the quality of freeze-dried food or materials, or for the packaging of those items.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Modifications or aftermarket accessories, which will void the warranty.
- Consequential or incidental damages, including property damage or any related expenses.
- Service calls for issues unrelated to material or workmanship defects.
- Damages caused by unauthorized repairs or services.
- Parts that are not provided by Harvest Right or its authorized suppliers.
- Damages from misuse, insufficient power supply, or acts of nature.
- Products with altered or removed serial numbers.
- Using an extension cord instead of a direct connection to a power supply.
- Claims for personal injury, incidental damages, or lost profits.
- The warranty is void if the freeze dryer is sold or transferred to a non-original owner.
