This 4th generation MRCOOL mini split system heats and cools two spaces. It includes an 18K BTU DIY condenser, a 9K BTU wall-mount air handler, a 12K BTU wall-mount air handler, two remotes, and two 35 ft installation kits. The setup is straightforward thanks to enhanced Wi?Fi, and it can be installed in many locations without specialized tools or costly equipment.

Please note that when all air handlers operate simultaneously, their total BTU output will remain within the condenser's BTU rating. The combined output of the air handlers will not exceed the condenser's 18K BTU capacity.
