This 4th generation MRCOOL mini split cools and heats two rooms with a DIY installation. The package includes a 48,000 BTU multi-zone condenser, 18,000 BTU and 24,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers, two remotes, and two 16 ft installation kits.
