Product Warranty and Return Policy

Hard Parts Warranty:

• Covered Items: This warranty covers hard parts such as frames, plastics, struts, and brackets.
• Warranty Period: 3 years from the date of purchase.
• Coverage: The warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship under normal use. This includes repair or replacement of the defective part or assembly.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
  • Finishes (plating, paint, discoloration, or rust).
  • Damage due to abuse, misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear.
• Return Process: Before sending a replacement part, the defective part must be returned first. Alternatively, an agreement must be made before sending out a replacement part.
• Labor Costs: No shop labor costs for installation or disassembly will be refunded under the warranty.

Soft Parts Warranty:

• Covered Items: This warranty covers soft parts such as fabrics, clothing, patches, and decals.
• Warranty Period: 3 years for defects in material and workmanship.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
  • Damage from tearing, ripping, improper use, or accidents (e.g., a dog chewing the fabric).
  • Damage caused by wind, UV exposure, rust, mold, or mildew.
  • Pole damage due to improper setup or use.

General Warranty Conditions:

• Alterations or Modifications: Any modification to the product voids the warranty.
• Proof of Purchase: Warranty service or replacement requires the original sales receipt. Online order confirmations are acceptable. Bank or credit card statements are not valid proof of purchase.
• Transferability: The warranty is only valid for the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable.

• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to refunds.
