All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned products.
To initiate a return, customers must contact SAI Customer Service at 1-800-222-8183 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the returned items are processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
