When Will My Order Arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 5–9 business days total:

  • Handling: 1–2 business days for the supplier to prepare and dispatch your order
  • Transit: 4–7 business days from dispatch to your door

Heavy items that ship by freight (golf carts, large e-bikes, large solar systems) may take a little longer for transit. Made-to-order items, such as Survive-a-Storm tornado shelters, have a longer build lead time displayed on each product page (typically 4–10 weeks before dispatch, plus standard freight transit) and have a freight cost shown on the product page rather than free shipping.
