How we source our products
Every brand carried on offgridselection.com is sourced through one of the following authorized channels:
- Direct relationships with the manufacturer or their authorized U.S. distributor.
- Manufacturer-approved fulfillment networks that ship directly from the brand's own warehouse or partner warehouse to your address.
We do not source from grey-market resellers, marketplace arbitrage, or unauthorized importers. This is what determines whether your manufacturer warranty is honored — and we make sure it is on every product we sell.
What this means for you
- Authentic products. Every item is the genuine brand product, sourced through the manufacturer's approved supply chain.
- Full manufacturer warranty. Your warranty is registered and honored by the manufacturer exactly as if you had purchased directly from them.
- Authorized support. Service, parts, and warranty claims go through the manufacturer's normal channels and we help you facilitate them.

We do not publish dealer agreements, distributor contracts, or commercial pricing letters on this page because those documents are confidential per our supplier agreements. However, written confirmation of our authorization for any specific brand is available on request.
