Product Return Policy

Swisher Product Return Policy

• Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
• Items must be in original, unaltered packaging and in unused condition.
• A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
• Before returning an item, customers are required to contact SAI Customer Service at 1-800-222-8183 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be processed once the items are returned and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
• SAI reserves the right to make the final determination on whether a return will be accepted and may decline returns that do not meet policy requirements.
