Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
All returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and undamaged.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Customers must contact SAI Customer Service at 1-800-222-8183 to obtain an RMA number before returning any items.
The RMA number should be clearly visible on the outside of the return package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the items are returned and processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
