• Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
• All returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and undamaged.
• A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
• Customers must contact SAI Customer Service at 1-800-222-8183 to obtain an RMA number before returning any items.
• The RMA number should be clearly visible on the outside of the return package.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the items are returned and processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
