Based on current knowledge of tornadoes and hurricanes, safe room occupants have an extremely high probability of being protected from injury or death during such events.

Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and unopened, with no alterations or damage.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Before returning an item, customers are required to contact SAI Customer Service at 1-800-222-8183 to obtain an RMA number.
The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the return package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned items are processed, any credit will be issued to the original credit card. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
SAI reserves the right to determine whether an item is eligible for return. If a return is deemed unnecessary, the request may be declined.
