Product Quality Guarantee

At Off Grid Selection, we stand behind every product we sell. Every item ships with the manufacturer's full warranty, and our team coordinates warranty claims directly with the brand on your behalf.

What if my product arrives damaged?

For freight shipments (storm shelters, golf carts, large e-bikes, large solar systems, oversized batteries, water features, and any other LTL freight delivery): if the shipment arrives visibly damaged, REFUSE THE DELIVERY. Tell the driver “refused — damaged” and write the same on the carrier's delivery receipt. Do not sign for the shipment. Email us within 24 hours at support@offgridselection.com and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

For parcel shipments (UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other small-package carriers): inspect your shipment upon opening. If you see any damage — even just to the outer packaging — photograph it before unpacking further. Email photos and your order number to support@offgridselection.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping.

What if my product is defective?

If a product fails or stops working under normal use, contact our team. Defective items are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and we'll handle the claim with the brand directly so you're not stuck on hold with the manufacturer.

What about returns for change of mind?

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days for most items. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee applies. Every return is reviewed case by case. Some items cannot be returned for change of mind — including all Survive-a-Storm tornado shelters, all Rambo Bikes, and all HappyRun Bikes. See our full Return and Refund Policy for complete details.
