• Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be returned in original, unopened packaging and be undamaged.
• A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
• Before returning a product, customers must contact SAI Customer Service at 1-800-222-8183 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the return package.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method once the returned items are processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.
