It successfully withstood nine impacts from 15 lb 2x4s traveling at 100 mph, simulating the forces of an EF5 tornado with 250 mph winds. Additionally, the shelter meets or exceeds the standards set by the National Storm Shelter Association (NSSA), FEMA 320, and ICC-500.

Product Return Policy

Swisher Product Return Policy

• All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and undamaged.
• A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items.
• Before returning any item, customers must contact SAI Customer Service at 1-800-222-8183 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
• The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return package.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method after the returned items are processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
• SAI reserves the right to determine whether a return is approved. If a return is not deemed necessary, it may be declined.
