Product Return Policy

Swisher Product Return Policy

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
• All returned items must be in original, unopened packaging and undamaged.
• A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
• Before returning any item, customers must contact SAI Customer Service at 1-800-222-8183 to obtain an RMA number.
• The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the return package.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Credit refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
