• Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
• All returned items must be in their original packaging and unopened, with no alterations or damage.
• A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
• Before returning an item, customers are required to contact SAI Customer Service at 1-800-222-8183 to obtain an RMA number.
• The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the return package.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once the returned items are processed, any credit will be issued to the original credit card. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
• SAI reserves the right to determine whether an item is eligible for return. If a return is deemed unnecessary, the request may be declined.
