Delivery

- The Shelter is placed at the beginning of your driveway or the end of your road way. It is your job to move the shelter to the desired location or hire someone to do it for you.

Installation

• You may choose to install the shelter yourself, or a licensed contractor or handyman in your area can assist with the installation.
• If you need help with installation, contact Survive-a-Storm for an installation quote.
• Professional installation by an accredited installer from the National Storm Shelter Association (NSSA) is recommended and required for certifying the shelter with the NSSA Type 4 Seal.

Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty

This product is manufactured and tested to the highest standards by RedGuard Diversified Services, LLC, dba Survive-a-Storm Shelters (SAS). The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship for new products and applies only to the original purchaser. The warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for products purchased from authorized dealers, retailers, or directly from our website.

We guarantee the product against defects in materials or workmanship. If a defect is found under normal use, we will, at our discretion, replace the product or part at no charge, or refund the purchase price upon return of the product. If repairs are not feasible, a refund will be issued.

• Warranty Coverage: This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product, starting from the documented date of purchase (sales order or receipt).
• Annual Warranty Requirements: To maintain the warranty after the first year, the purchaser must submit five color photographs annually of the shelter's exterior, door, hinges, floor, and sidewalls. Any damage should be carefully photographed for review by the manufacturer.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The warranty does not cover:

• Issues not caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
• Damage from normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, accidents, neglect, or modifications.
• Damage caused by third-party accessories or products not manufactured by us.

Warranty coverage requires proof of purchase, such as a receipt or sales order.

Installation Defects: Installation defects are covered only if performed by the manufacturer or a factory-authorized installer. The warranty is void if the product is altered or modified in a way that affects its structural integrity.

How to File a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, send your request in writing to:

Include the following:

• A copy of the original proof of purchase,
• The address where the shelter is located,
• Your contact information (phone number and email),
• A description of the issue, and
• Photographs showing the defect in materials or workmanship.

We will respond within two weeks of receiving your claim.

Limitation of Liability
The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use or any injury resulting from the shelter’s failure.

By purchasing this product, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this warranty. Any disputes related to the Limited Lifetime Warranty will be settled in Thomas County, Georgia, USA. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and consumers may have additional rights depending on their state. Some states do not allow exclusions for incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations may not apply in those cases. You may be required by law to give us the opportunity to correct any failure before pursuing legal action under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
