**Delivery**  

- The Shelter is placed at the beginning of your driveway or the end of your road way. It is your job to move the shelter to the desired location or hire someone to do it for you.

**Installation** 

- You can opt to install the shelter yourself, or a local contractor or licensed handyman can assist with installation.  
- If you prefer professional help, contact Survive-a-Storm for an installation quote.  
- For certification with the National Storm Shelter Association (NSSA) Type 4 Seal, we recommend professional installation by an accredited NSSA installer.

Warranty

 
**Limited Lifetime Warranty**

This product is manufactured and tested to meet the highest quality standards by RedGuard Diversified Services, LLC, doing business as Survive-a-Storm Shelters (SAS). This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for new products and is valid only for the original purchaser. Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased through authorized dealers, retailers, resellers, or our official website.

We provide a warranty for defects in materials or workmanship under normal installation, use, service, and maintenance conditions. If the product is found to be defective, we will either replace it with no charge for parts or, at our discretion, replace the defective product. If repair or replacement is not possible, we may offer a refund of the purchase price upon the return of the product.

**Warranty Duration**:

The warranty is valid for the lifetime of the product from the date of purchase (as indicated by the written sales order or receipt).  

 **Post-Purchase Warranty Requirements**:

To keep the warranty valid beyond the first anniversary, the purchaser must submit five color photographs annually to the manufacturer. These must show the exterior of the shelter, door, door hinges, floor, sidewalls, and any damage. Failure to submit the photos within 30 days of the purchase anniversary may affect warranty coverage.

**Exclusions from Warranty Coverage**  
The warranty does not cover:
- Issues not caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or modifications.
- Damage caused by third-party accessories or products not manufactured by us.

Warranty coverage requires proof of purchase (receipt or sales order).

**Installation Defects**: Installation defects will only be covered if the product is installed by the manufacturer or an authorized installer. The warranty becomes void if the product is altered or modified in ways that affect its structure or integrity or if such modifications contributed to the failure of the product.

- A copy of the original proof of purchase,The shelter's location,Your contact details (phone and email), A written description of the issue, and Photographs showing the defect in materials or workmanship.

You will receive a response from a company representative within two weeks of receiving your claim.

**Liability Limitations**  
The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to the loss of use of the shelter or any injury or loss arising from such issues.

By purchasing the product, the buyer acknowledges receiving and agreeing to the terms and conditions of this warranty. Any dispute related to this Limited Lifetime Warranty will be settled in Thomas County, Georgia, USA.

This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so some limitations in this warranty may not apply to you. You may be required by law to allow us a reasonable opportunity to address any failure before pursuing legal action under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
