The Rover combines Velowave's 26-inch fat tire platform with a step-through frame and the proven 750W BAFANG geared hub motor. It is the bridge between the compact Pony and the full-size Grace - offering full 26" x 4.0" Kenda fat tires for all-terrain stability, a 530mm standover step-through frame for easy access, and a 48V 15Ah LG battery delivering up to 50 miles of range on pedal assist. Class 3 rated at 28 MPH on PAS and 20 MPH on throttle.

The all-aluminum 6061 frame keeps the weight manageable while handling the forces of a 750W BAFANG motor that peaks at 1000W with 80Nm of torque. Hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors and a hydraulic suspension fork handle stopping and comfort. A 48V 10W LED headlight at 30 LUX provides visibility for evening rides, and the multifunctional color display monitors speed, battery, distance, and PAS level. The Rover offers practical daily riding without the premium of the Grace's larger battery or the size constraints of the Pony.
