The Pony is Velowave's compact urban e-bike, built around 20" x 4.0" Kenda fat tires and a 750W BAFANG geared hub motor that peaks at 1000W with 80Nm of torque. The smaller 20-inch wheels make for a shorter overall length of just 1715mm - significantly more maneuverable in tight urban spaces, easier to store, and lighter to handle than the full-size Ranger or Grace models. As a Class 2 e-bike, it reaches 25 MPH on pedal assist and 20 MPH on throttle with a range of up to 40 miles from the 48V 15Ah LG battery.

The step-through frame sits on a 670mm standover with a comfortable low saddle height starting at 775mm, making this one of the most accessible bikes in the lineup. A widened comfort saddle, hydraulic suspension fork, and hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors handle the comfort and safety fundamentals. Fenders come included for wet-weather commuting, and the color display keeps you informed on speed, battery, and distance.
