• Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
• All returned products must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
• A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
• To initiate a return, customers must first contact SAI Customer Service at 1-800-222-8183 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Refunds will be processed after the returned items are inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
