• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in undamaged condition.
• A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
• To return an item, customers must first call SAI Customer Service at 1-800-222-8183 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. Credit refunds will appear on your account within 5-7 business days.
• SAI reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a return is accepted or not, based on the condition of the product and other return criteria.
