If you’ve purchased a new Pro Series freeze dryer (since August 1, 2023), these lids are designed to fit perfectly over trays of food for freezing in a conventional freezer. However, please note that they are not suitable for freeze drying if you own a Small or X-Large Pro Freeze Dryer.

3-Year Limited Warranty:
All Harvest Right Freeze Dryers sold after February 1, 2019, are covered under this warranty.
1-Year Full Warranty (U.S. only - Continental 48 states):
Covers a period of one year from the original shipping date.
Includes Premier oil vacuum pump and oil-free vacuum pumps.
Harvest Right will repair or replace any defective parts due to material or workmanship issues.
The consumer is responsible for service call fees and parts replacement due to misuse or neglect.
Limited 3-Year Warranty:
Covers the second and third year from the original ship date for the sealed refrigeration system (compressor, condenser, evaporator, tubing) against material or workmanship defects.
Consumer responsibility includes diagnostic fees and transportation costs for repairs.
Limited Warranty for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico:
Same coverage as the 3-Year Limited Warranty, except services will be provided by the consumer or an approved local technician.
The consumer is responsible for transport or technician travel costs for repairs.
Limited International Warranty:
Covers a period of one year from the original ship date.
Includes support via telephone and email. Harvest Right will provide parts as needed.
The consumer is responsible for all local service costs, parts replacement due to misuse, and transportation fees.
Consumer Responsibilities:
To maintain warranty coverage, the consumer is responsible for:
Proper use of the appliance per the provided instructions.
Correct installation, in line with all local electrical codes.
Ensuring a grounded power supply with sufficient voltage, and handling issues like blown fuses or house wiring defects.
Operating the appliance in a clean, well-ventilated area, with temperatures between 35°F (2°C) and 95°F (35°C).
Avoiding damage caused by improper installation, such as lifting the unit by the door.
Maintaining the freeze dryer and vacuum pump properly.
Ensuring that all freeze-dried food or materials are completely dry before packaging.
Using appropriate, durable containers that prevent moisture or air from entering after sealing.
Including fresh oxygen absorbers in sealed containers with the freeze-dried material, making sure they are not expired or prematurely exposed to air.
Harvest Right does not guarantee the quality of freeze-dried food or materials, nor does it assume responsibility for packaging.
Exclusions:
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
Modifications or aftermarket accessories, which will void the warranty.
Incidental or consequential damages, including property damage or related expenses.
Service calls not related to defects in materials or workmanship.
Damages resulting from unauthorized service providers.
Use of non-Harvest Right repair parts or parts from unauthorized suppliers.
Damage caused by abuse, misuse, power issues, or natural disasters.
Products with altered or removed serial numbers.
Use of an extension cord instead of connecting directly to a power supply.
Claims for personal injuries or economic losses due to product issues.
Products not owned by the original purchaser.
