Warranty & Return Policy

Money-Back Guarantee
Customers can cancel their orders prior to shipment for a refund, minus a 3% fee to cover credit card charges incurred by Harvest Right.
Once the freeze dryer has shipped, customers can return it within 30 days for a refund, minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

3-Year Limited Warranty
All Harvest Right Freeze Dryers purchased after February 1, 2019, are covered by this warranty.

• One-Year Full Warranty: Available in the contiguous 48 states. Covers defects in materials or workmanship for the first year from the original ship date.
• Three-Year Limited Warranty: Covers the sealed refrigeration system (compressor, condenser, evaporator, tubing) for the second and third year from the original ship date. Diagnostic charges, transportation, and service-related fees may apply.

Limited Warranty for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico
The same terms as the U.S. warranty apply, but service is provided by local, authorized service providers. The consumer will be responsible for transportation and technician travel costs, and may receive a shipping credit if returning the unit for service.

Limited International Warranty
For international orders, Harvest Right provides support via phone and email. Parts are provided as needed, and consumers are responsible for local service costs, transportation, and delivery fees.

Consumer Responsibilities
The warranty covers appliances used in clean environments and operated according to Harvest Right’s instructions. The consumer is responsible for:

1. Proper use and installation.
2. Ensuring the appliance is connected to a properly grounded power supply.
3. Maintenance, including oil filtering and replacement.
4. Ensuring proper drying and packaging conditions for freeze-dried materials.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external causes (e.g., abuse, power surges, acts of God). It also excludes personal injury claims, incidental or consequential damages, and damages from using unauthorized parts or services.
