Shipping & Delivery
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Our Storm Shelters may take longer, sometimes up to 12 weeks to delivery.
We do not directly install shelters, but we work with our suppliers to find contractors to come and do the work for you or use the suppliers installation team which we can provide a quote on. Survive-a-Storm's installation team only installs in tornado alley.
Swisher and Survive-a-Storm shelters are beginning of driveway or curb-side drop off. What that means is the installation and movement of the unit to the location of installation is on the customer to do. Installation teams are available to hire to have do the work for you.
No, we do not ship over seas. We only ship in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Product & Returns
We hope to satisfy your needs with the product you have purchased, but if for any reason you need to return a product, we do accept returns. If the unit has been installed, tested, unboxed or used, we will not accept the return. Pictures of the product need to be emailed to support@offgridselection.com. Any orders outside of the 30 day return window, will not have the opportunity to return their product.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason after purchasing it, will be no problem as long as it is within 2 days of the order date. Anything outside of that we have a 10% restocking fee as the order will have been already processed.

Survive-a-Storm used to have an additional delivery fee of $1,500 which would be paid when your unit is delivered. They have taken that fee away, which has been replaced with an additional shipping fee which is drastically lower then the delivery fee. The shipping varies per state so we have to incorporate shipping after the purchase. We will reach out to you via text message, phone call or email to confirm you understand their is an additional shipping price and agree to paying the shipping amount.
